SUMMER 2025 - Sewing Techniques

Course Description

Students learn to control velvet with proper cutting methods, seaming options, and finishes. We will explore underlining fabric choices, closure options, sewing darts, and lining and hemming velvet. Prerequisite: basic sewing skills Class meets once a week for four weeks. Cost: $160 Small class size. All classes are online through Zoom. Class recordings are available to students during the session and for eight weeks after the session ends. Refund Policy: Full refund if cancellation request is received seven days or more before the start date of the class. No refunds within seven days of the start date.
